The Senior Manager, DSP Payments will be building and leading a team that owns the program development and deployment for payments to our Amazon’s Delivery Service Partners. You will be responsible for ensuring that our DSPs are paid accurately and on time. You will develop payment methodologies for new incentives and build a payment dispute resolution organization to ensure that
· Bachelor’s degree · Has people management experience · This leader has experience leading and interacting with cross-functional teams. · 10+ years of experience building, deploying and holding teams accountable to standard work· MBA or Master’s Degree in a related field · This leader can work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. · Has lead teams and has the ability to drive through his/her team · Experience building a customer service type organization is a plus · Experience managing people of all levels
