The Consumables Customers Engagement Team is tasked to drive Amazon’s share of wallet, which means having more customers to buy their everyday essential more frequently on Amazon.com. Our challenge is to accelerate customers’ habit shift from buying their everyday essentials in store to online, which requires to innovate on behalf of customers. To do so, we look for insights, turn them into new ideas, experiment quickly, fail fast or scale what works. As a Senior Marketing Manager in the Consumables Customer Engagement team you will lead existing innovative projects and recommend new ones. In this role, you will be expected to flex both analytical and creative muscles, work at both strategic (generating and articulating ideas) and executional levels (implementing

· 7+ years product and/or marketing experience, ideally in a fast-moving ecommerce business · Demonstrated success in building measurable online marketing programs and/or launching innovative products. · Ability to think strategically and operate with autonomy. · Proven analytical skills and ability to use data and insights to back up assumptions and develop business cases. · Proficiency with Excel and basic SQL. · Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills. · Excellent relationship building skills and ability to earn trust of multiple groups and teams. · Strong organizational
