You will be asked to hire and develop a team of Facilities/Repairs and Maintenance Managers, as well as a diverse vendor base to support our stores, working closely with design, construction,
· BA/BS degree from accredited university. · 10+ years of experience in facilities and/or construction management of physical retail or commercial buildings, demonstrating progressive responsibility and growth within the facilities/construction industry. · Have strong facilities management experience. Retail experience preferred. · Ability to conduct financial business case analysis / translate information into useful formats and draw conclusions · General knowledge of Building Code. · Experience building and managing budgets. · Experience on building organizational process and procedures · Familiarity
