The team is creating a portfolio of products across various customer needs (from grab and go food to meal kits), and is looking for an analytical and consumer-focused senior market researcher to join our team. This person will help build the customer segmentation strategy, category drivers, and acquisition/retention strategies. This person will work cross functionally with internal partners such as Amazon Fresh and Consumer Private Brands insight groups to collaboratively build best practices and new capabilities that can scale and reapply in other areas of the organization. The Senior Consumer Insights Manager will develop and support best-in-class research methodologies to answer business questions, on-board

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics or related field · 5+ years’ experience in marketing research, data analytics, consulting, or related field · 3+ years leading various marketing programs including customer segmentation, forecasting, product development, product performance assessment, messaging testing, and consumer trends analysis · Experience with consumer research in CPG, home furnishings or private brands in other retailers · Advanced skills with Analytical tools, including Excel, MS Word, and SPSS/SAS or other statistical package· Master’s degree
