Amazon – where builders can build. We’re seeking a legal recruiting and process improvement guru to take Amazon’s legal recruiting team to the next level. In this role, you’ll use your influence and know-how to raise the bar on Amazon’s recruiting strategy for legal talent acquisition across the globe. You’ll partner with a team to create and drive a full-cycle legal recruiting strategy including sourcing, closing, and logistics support. You’ll also take a hands-on, dive deep approach with select senior level roles, applying your expertise to personally drive the recruitment and successful closing of US-based candidates. You’ll apply your data analysis and process improvement skills to recommend and implement changes with senior leadership and a worldwide matrixed recruiting team. As a key consultant to internal clients, you will serve as the main point of contact and owner of significant global growth and change initiatives. · Bachelor’s degree in an applicable discipline (this might include degrees in Human Resources, Public Affairs, Political Science or other functional areas related to the Legal vertical) · 5+ years of experience in recruiting and/or recruiting management · 2 +years experience recruiting legal talent · Advanced degree (JD, MBA, or other applicable advanced degree preferred) · Strong analytical skills · 2+ years’ experience working with data to include Excel, pivots, formulas, trend analysis, charts, graphs and using dashboard tools such as tableau · Experience partnering with global teams in a matrixed
