The Role: The Amazon Devices Design Recruiting team is seeking a talented results-oriented Design Recruiter with a passion for delighting the client and candidate to join our recruiting organization. You will work with a close-knit recruiting team focused on making an impact across the entire Amazon Devices business unit. This is a sourcing recruiter role with a focus on driving candidate generation strategies in partnership with your clients. · 4+ years of corporate in-house or Design agency recruiting experience sourcing top-tier digital design talent. · Prior experience in a talent mapping/research capacity for passive candidate generation. · Experience owning pipeline delivery for a centralized recruiting function. · Proven ability to partner effectively with other recruiting professionals. · Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships. · Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. · 4+ years of recruiting experience, ideally partnering with Senior Design Managers or Director-level clientele
