Amazon’s Strategic Business Development organization is a small, centralized team that leads some of Amazon’s most complex and high impact opportunities. This team supports efforts to expand Amazon’s Prime service, and our brand new gTLD initiatives, among others. In this role you will be required to manage a variety of business and operational challenges for a start-up opportunity with the backing of a larger organization, as well as grow an already established, elite team of senior business developers. The Senior Recruiter will work with a team of recruiters, sourcers, and recruiting coordinators, focusing on candidate talent search for both technical and non-technical placement, process improvement, and strategy development. They will foster a collaborative team environment and a strong service oriented culture that ensures delivery of efficient, effective, quality driven service to internal customers and meets customer service level agreements. • 5+ years of progressive corporate and or search firm recruiting experience, including sourcing and full life cycle recruitment. • Experience with building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research. • CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates. • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships. • Bachelor’s degree. • Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, must pursue conscious
