The Division Worldwide Marketing and Operations (WW M and O) is made up of Marketing Planning and Operations, GSMO Strategy (including Compete and Data/AI/ML), World Wide Incentive Compensation and M and O Sales Excellence. The Group and Team The Worldwide Incentive Compensation (WWIC) team's mission is to enable dtrategy, motivate dellers and reward results. In pursuit of this mission, the team designs and implements variable incentive-based compensation plans for more than 30,000 sellers, sales leaders and consultants across Microsoft. We are the experts in Incentive Compensation at Microsoft that are responsible for aligning incentive plans and targets (quotas) to motivate seller behaviour and drive the company's strategies. Responsibilities Owning end to end quota setting processes including (but not limited to) fiscal year roll over, quota change windows, quota relief process and resolving ad-hoc quota issues. Driving continuous improvement and innovation in quota setting processes and tools, including quota forecasting, standardized work flows, tool mechanics and functionality. Ensuring agility in delivering results while consistently maintaining and improving quality. Building strong trusted advisor partnerships with sales leaders and managers, representing voice of WWIC to field and segment leadership. Partnering
Qualifications Outstanding attention to detail with maturity in managing global programs and processes across varied stakeholder groups. Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentations and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization. Ability to prioritize and function well in a dynamic and ambiguous environment. Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously with delivery deadlines. Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of levels. Ability to influence without authority. Advanced Excel and SQL modeling skills, knowledge in R and/or Python
