Join the WW BDAE HR Analytics team to help us deliver actionable business insights to the Global Mergers, Acquisitions and Expansions team, WW Adverting and Prime Video. As a Business Intelligence Analyst for the WW Business Development, Advertising, and Entertainment (WW BDAE) HR Analytics team you will partner with HR and business leaders and analytics teams across Amazon to deliver products and research targeted at providing leaders specific, actionable insights. You will work with the Global Expansion, Mergers and Acquisitions team as well as HR leaders from rapidly growing business units on unsolved challenges. Your day will be split between working with HR Business Partners, leaders, and subject matter experts to provide data driven insights on challenges like onboarding new companies to Amazon and designing, building, and owning tools to surface data
Basic qualifications · Bachelor’s degree or higher in an applicable major (CS, IO psych, any research methods heavy science/social science degree) · 3+ years working in a SQL environment, advanced SQL skills including performance tuning, scheduled jobs/refresh automation and creating new data structures · 3+ years of experience designing and developing business facing analytics, dashboards, and data visualizations in a/multiple BI platform(s) such as Tableau, MicroStrategy, OBIEE or comparable tool · Owned the design and deployment of data visualizations that drive measurable business impact ·
