· Bachelors degree in a quantitative field such as Business, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics or Operations Research. · 2+ years experience as a business analyst, data scientist or similar job function · Ability to develop experimental and analytic plans for data modeling processes, use of strong baselines, ability to accurately determine cause and effect relations · Design, implement, and support infrastructure providing secured access to large datasets. · Verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business
