As a Global Competency Program Manager, you will own the delivery of industry leading and strategic design of innovative partner programs that support the AWS Partner ecosystem in serving customers in the Public Sector (i.e. Government, Education, and Non-Profit) industries. You will work cross-functionally with AWS teams and partners around the world to support and accelerate growth of the AWS Public Sector partner
· BS/BA degree · · 5+ years of experience managing programs or products in support of a mid-to-large scale, multi-geographical, high-growth sales organization · · Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders· Partner program/channel program design, development, and execution experience · · Deep product or project management experience · · Technical degree and/or MBA · · Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, able to influence at executive level · · Operates as an agile self-starter; strong contributor autonomously and as part of a team · · Proven track record
