Job Responsibilities: Work with a team that is accountable for day-to-day maintenance and support of our asset management data sets, to understand the challenges at hand and to help them with prioritization and tracking their overall efforts. Identify where existing processes and integrations can and should be improved Research and propose designs and approaches for those improvements Work with a team of software and service engineers to build the improvements via sprint Understand customer perspectives and deliver success aligned with overall business strategy Provide program direction and leadership;
Must be able to lead teams through design and development, keeping focus on business goals and needs Must be able to work across organizations and connect the dots between each groups goals and their methods for getting work done Must be able to build keep the team moving and keep stakeholders informed and involved through prioritization, strong planning and collaborative delivery for large projects Must be able to deal with the ambiguity associated with working in a fast-paced and changing environment Must have strong visual, verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence both
