The Customer Delivery Experience (CDX) team’s mission is to provide a best-in-class delivery experience for Amazon customers. CDX builds customer-facing experiences which provide customers with authoritative delivery visibility and self-service controls to ensure they never miss a delivery. We are seeking an outstanding Principal Product Manager to help us raise the bar on delivery convenience and define the next generation of delivery experience controls. You will own the customer experience and be responsible for the customer controls roadmap creation, and business results. You will: · Own development and communication of the long-term vision and goals · Find opportunities to innovate on behalf of our customers and design features which increase transparency and delight customers. · Own the test and learn roadmap

· 7+ years of product management experience with completion of full product lifecycle (from concept through GTM) · BS or BA in computer science, engineering, math, finance, or economics · Strong track record of delivering results for customers · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up recommendations and drive actions · Ability to think strategically and execute methodically· MBA · Graduate degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field Amazon.com is an Equal Opportunity-Affirmative
