Support (SDS) team Product Manager (PM)
Amazon is looking for a results-oriented, collaborative, and customer-obsessed Product Manager (PM) for our Shipping and Delivery Support (SDS) team. In this role you will lead the strategic and technical Customer Service (CS) roadmaps to support Amazon Global Logistics (AGL). AGL provides cross-border logistics and distribution capabilities globally to serve both B2C exports and B2B inbound to Fulfillment Centers. The SDS Product Management team plays a pivotal role in creating a great customer experience by enabling CS Associates worldwide to solve customer-facing problems. In this role you will work with a team of software developers to build tools and features needed to solve problems and ensure customers receive their purchases on time. You will develop a deep understanding of internal and external customers and their needs, monitor and adapt to a rapidly evolving problem space, and create and execute roadmaps for creating great customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: · Driving
· 5+ years in product management or related experience. · BA/BS required · Experience bringing new customer facing products or services to market by driving product requirements through a software development team · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · MBA or other advanced degree. · Demonstrated experience collaborating and influencing across multiple teams in a large organization · Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, suggest and evaluate technical solutions, and manage trade-offs. · SQL or comparable data querying packages · Basic technical fluency
