We're building an amazing platform to conduct meetings, share information, integrate commercial and LOB apps, services, and bots. We're also building specialized solutions for first-line workers, retail, education, financial services, and more. We are hiring for a Principal Program Manager manage a PM team to assist customers with deploying Teams meetings and calling experiences. You will work closely with the customer engineering team, supported by a global team of product and service technical experts and Microsoft's sales and support organization. You will engage directly with key customers to guide their end-to-end adoption of Teams meetings and calling, delivering high quality meetings

Drive Teams meetings experience improvements across a diverse customer set in North America Engage in executive escalations to drive timely resolutions for customer challenges for meetings and calling Engineering excellence C ollect, triage, and drive for resolution on customer-blocking issues D eliver data analysis for customer improvement D rive product improvements discovered in customer engagements P artner closely with regional Microsoft sales, services and support teams to drive get to green initiatives, manage escalations, including customer and public events and outreach programs. Leadership experience managing highly productive teams 5+ years of direct customer engagement experience in the technology industry, either in an engineering role with a strong customer focus, or a sales/field role with a strong technical focus Track record of supporting large IT deployments from evaluation all the way through deployment and adoption at scale to thousands of users Solid understanding of technology sales and deployment lifecycle and experience working closely with sales and support teams Solid understanding of engineering systems supporting meetings and calling services 5+ years
