The Flight Operations Training Specialist will be responsible for the development, delivery, evolution and continuous improvement of training activities to support ongoing Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) test efforts. · Utilize formal classroom training, scenario based exercises, and web based training solutions for driving training activities · Develop and evolve training material to support focus areas such as module development, course outlines, lesson plans, exams, workbooks, completion certificates, and training aids · Perform administrative duties related to training such as preparing for the delivery of training, record keeping, monitoring student progress, and maintenance of training program
· 5+ years working in aviation, preferable in training role (Part 91, 141, 121, 135 or combination thereof) · FAA Private Pilot license or higher and FAA part 107 Remote Pilot in Command certificate · Bachelor’s degree · Must be able to travel 30%, as necessary · Advanced proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe products · Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) or equivalent · Experience developing, delivering and improving aviation training programs · Understand basic programming languages such as SGML/XML, SQL, JAVA, etc. Amazon is an Equal Opportunity-Affirmative
