· B.S. in an engineering or related field · 3+ years’ work experience in Energy Storage, Power Electronics, Aerospace, Automotive, and/or Medical field or combination thereof · Working knowledge of at least one programming language such as Python, MATLAB or C/C++ · Experience in testing and development of electrochemical energy storage systems, such as batteries · Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex concepts and designs to colleagues across disciplines· Advanced Engineering or Science degree (MS, PhD) · Experience with testing of energy storage systems as well
