The Microsoft Azure Production Infrastructure Engineering (PIE) team is looking for a high-performing, action oriented and organized Group Business Administrator. Coordinate with Executive Assistant to ensure comprehensive support is received for the team Provide exceptional customer service both internally and externally Ensuring awareness and compliance with administrative operations policies and procedures Partner with support staff across the organization to ensure consistent experiences Coordinate catering, venue selection, and logistics for internal events, off sites, All Hands meetings, and celebration events Maintain relevant security groups and distribution lists Order office supplies and equipment for team and new hires Other projects as requested
1+ years of professional work experience High School Diploma or equivalent Proficiency with Microsoft productivity software including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Skype #PIEjobs Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
