Partnering with other customer facing and service teams, the candidate will work strategically with Technology and Consulting Partners to drive customer success. The ideal candidate is as comfortable white boarding complex software architectures with a roomful of engineers as they are briefing an executive audience. · 3+ years of customer-facing experience, preferably interfacing with senior technical roles at large companies · Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challengesAn advanced degree in computer science, engineering or mathematics is preferred. · Strong practical Linux and Windows-based systems administration skills in a Cloud or Virtualized environment · Experience building sophisticated and highly automated infrastructure · Experience with Containers and Serverless technologies in devops practice · Prior success in automating a real-world production
