The LearnAI team in the Microsoft AI Platform Engineering Org is looking for a Data and Applied Scientist who has a deep technical background with Big Data and Machine Learning, rich experience working with Enterprise customers on real-world AI and Data cloud solutions, and a passion for educating the Microsoft Field Engineers and Partner network on key technologies and patterns to build AI and Data solutions for enterprises. This role requires both broad and deep technology knowledge, the ability to understand and communicate Microsoft's AI Platform strategy effectively, and the ability to design and architect training courses that reflect the key strategic and feature investments defined by the Engineering team. A background in pedagogy, in-class teaching of advanced technical material, and strong presentation and communication skills is a plus. Create and manage complete training courses that solve classes of problems, enable group of components and satisfy business, customer, engineering and operational requirements. Create different types of automated tests to ensure high quality bar for your courses Deliver training courses to target audiences in 1-3 day in-classroom bootcamp format
BS/ MS in Computer Science or other Technical Field At least 2 years of relevant work experience in Data and AI architecture and technology leadership Demonstrated business and technical architecture skills Advanced technical solution selling and customer management skills Deep expertise with implementing AI and / or Data solutions Experience with developing and executing plans with Field Readiness and Partner ecosystem Travel is an integral part of this position and can be much as 20% as demanded by the needs of our customers and our business
