As a Program Manager for GREF, you will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in the processes that deliver the IT infrastructure as part of business-critical corporate office launches globally. This position requires a clear understanding and facilitation of business requirements across multiple IT teams and is considered the primary point of contact for IT needs on construction projects. Responsibilities · Integrate and uphold IT infrastructure standards and guidelines within various building and tenant improvement buildouts with owner representative’s and construction delivery managers
· Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience with enterprise level project/program management · Bachelor’s degree · BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) credential preferred · Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project · Excellent analytical, quantitative, written and presentation skills · Experience with detailed project planning, reporting, and measurement · Experience working in a highly technical, metrics driven, environment · Strong multi-tasking and influencing skills · Flexibility to travel, both domestically and internationally, and work within global time zones· Experience
