As a member of the Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) team overseeing corporate office space – this position will lead the Moves, Add, Changes (MAC) Program for the Seattle Campus. One key component of this program is Launch, which is the opening of new buildings in the portfolio. This role will be highly visible and customer facing in regards to Launch, but will also require back of house program and vendor management for the implementation of office Moves, Adds, and Changes (MAC). As part of the facilities team the role will require operational experience in space planning, office facilities management, and workplace move programs. We seek a leader who is comfortable on their feet and can interact on behalf of GREF with customers and deliver operational excellence and care in the launch and move program. Basic qualifications · A minimum of 10 years professional experience required - a significant portion of which should demonstrate success in managing a large scale office move program. · Demonstrated experience as a leader with 5+ years of senior management responsibilities. · Bachelors degree in related field Preferred qualifications · Proven track record in customer service / change management. · Exceptional communication skills in presentations, meetings, and written communication. · Ability to organize and lead the vendor teams operating the tactical moves on the campus. · Ability to lead cross-functional
