The World Wide Consumer Talent Acquisition Program Management team is seeking a passionate, resourceful and collaborative Diversity Recruiting Program Manager to help us build and execute upon strategies and programs in support of our Diversity Roadmap for America’s region. With strong support and sponsorship from your customers and leadership, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact. The successful candidate have the opportunity to dive into data and turn ideas into action. You will propose and execute projects to increase the diversity of our candidate pipeline, deliver top notch candidate experience, build relationships with diverse talent pools, and track progress to goals to ensure the most impactful results. · Experience with creating reports in Tableau, Salesforce, MicroStrategy or similar tools · Experience using data to drive sound decision making; strong analytical skills · Proficient in MS Excel · 5+ years’ project management experience · Experience delivering projects for large, cross-functional audiences · Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience · 5+ years in HR, Business Analytics or Recruiting · Experience designing and delivering diversity programs · Inclusion and Diversity experience · Experience with recruiting processes · Experience effectively partnering with HR and business teams
