We are seeking a Program Manager for our ACES Continuous Improvement team. The role leads programs that optimize processes, eliminate defects, and benchmarking and standards across operations. The ideal candidate will use data to guide decisions and prioritization,
· Bachelor’s degree. · Experience in a production environment. · Proven track record in delivering multiple, medium to large, complex projects, from conception to on-time completion, within budget. · Proven track record in utilizing Lean Six Sigma competencies in project, program and/or daily work. · Ability to influence without authority. · Experience training others in continuous improvement methodologies such as LEAN Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma. · Ability to work independently with limited direction, work effectively with team members in disparate geographic locations, and provide leadership/direction
