You will work on all stages of product development with a specific focus on food manufacturing. As a primary point of contact for both internal and external vendors you will leverage your experience in culinary development, specification creation, and production execution. The commercialization team works cross-functionally on projects that require a strong detail-oriented executional focus, problem solving drive, and proven ability to work autonomously. · 5 years in Culinary Development/Food Product Development · 5 years benchtop development to full commercialization · 5 years in development and commercialization experience in sauces, dressings, proteins · 5 years of experience creating and documenting processes and procedures · 5 years managing/leading projects · 5 years Specification Development · Experience in Excel, Outlook, SharePoint and formula management focused systems · 10 years in food industry in menu and product development · Culinary and Food Technology experience/training · Experience working in a cross-functional large organization
