We are seeking a Business Operations Program Manager to help manage the budget and reporting aspects of managing a large development budget. The ideal candidate will need to have a proven track record of working across high performing, cross functional development teams to deliver their primary responsibilities. The successful candidate will have effective written and oral communication skills, excellent cross-organizational and project management skills and thrive in a highly innovative, evolving, and ambiguous environment.

• Manage the development budget tracking process for organization, including open and closing purchase orders, processing Journal Entry requests, month-end accruals and partnering with C+AI Finance as needed. • Serve as backup for administration of internal finance system • Partner with Business Manager to publish internal financial summaries highlighting the risks and opportunities impacting overall budget performance for leadership on regular cadence • Assist Business Manager and Director with driving finance ROB for forecasting, target setting, and budgeting alignment with the corporate timelines
Preferred Qualifications: • Strong communications skills - written, oral, and interpersonal. • Must be detail oriented and have analytical problem-solving capabilities. • Ability to create effective relationships, influence, and collaborate internally and externally at all organizational levels • Self-starter who deals well with ambiguity • Strong project management skills: ability to lead multiple high-profile projects forward and effectively leverage available resources to drive results. • Ability to successfully navigate between tactical and strategic objectives. • Strength in establishing core
