Amazon is seeking a motivated candidate to provide insights into operational issues, analyze the root cause and provide recommendations for improvements. Role will require data analysis, understanding of the systems workflow, cross-functional communication and issues management. The primary focus will be on building cost data that satisfies multiple internal use cases from simple reporting, to high-level decision-making, to determining the tactical flows of packages. As a BIE in Transportation Planning you will be impactful to the customer experience by taking a data-driven approach to identifying and prioritizing the most impactful efforts. You will have opportunities to communicate at all levels internally and externally, both spoken and written. You will work in a rapidly changing space and learn new tools and systems.
