Amazon's Subscribe and Save Program is looking for a talented Business Intelligence Engineer who is passionate about using data to drive decisions. This role will focus on building world-class processes around collecting, organizing, and presenting data to analyze our site traffic, understand customer behavior, feature performance, and accurately calculate ROI across multiple marketing and business development channels. A successful candidate knows and loves working with business intelligence tools, is comfortable accessing and working with data from multiple sources, and can partner with internal stakeholders to help drive the business. - 3+ years of relevant experience in business intelligence role, including data warehousing and business intelligence tools, techniques and technology, as well as experience in diving deep on data analysis or technical issues to come up with effective solutions. - Experience with customer behavior analysis and/or customer segmentation - Experience in Excel and data mining (SQL, ETL, data warehouse, etc.) and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets. - Ability to coordinate cross functional teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical
