We combine customer impact with retail invention, solving huge technical challenges along the way. DEX defines, builds, launches and manages customer-facing delivery programs and features across all of Amazon. We own systems that power retail delivery (both customer-facing and back-end), leveraging company-wide technology solutions or designing them from the ground up. Together, DEX is changing how customers experience delivery – from the speed, convenience, and selection features they see on the site every day, to launching Prime delivery benefits and other new programs to customers around the world. As an analytical leader, we look to you for advice on analytical and business issues facing DEX. You are right, a lot. You get a lot done
· BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related field · Demonstrated strength in SQL, data modeling, data visualization, and advanced analytics techniques · Expert in writing and tuning SQL queries · An advanced degree or 5+ years of relevant work experience in a role requiring application of analytic skills · Advanced skills in Excel as well as any data visualization tools like Tableau or similar BI tools (demonstrated experience with Tableau preferred) · Advanced ability to draw insights from data and clearly communicate them to the stakeholders and senior management
