As a member of the team, you will get the opportunity to leverage your passion for business intelligence and make a considerable impact through delivery of critical analyses. This position will work closely with the business to enhance the consistency, depth and breadth of offerings provided to leadership. Our team owns the HR strategy to enable every Amazonian be self-sufficient individuals and leaders and ensure the systems, process and tools are in place to enable self-sufficiency. · Bachelor’s degree in related field and 5+ years’ experience in data analyst or related function OR 10+ years of equivalent professional or military experience · Intermediate to advanced proficiency in data querying and manipulation via SQL (or other tools/languages) · Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Amazon Redshift, Amazon Quicksight and MS Excel Strong background in data relationships, data mining and quantitative vs. qualitative analytics· Working knowledge of PeopleSoft, Workday or other HRMS systems a plus · Proficient at developing and managing effective working relationships within
