For this Director of Business Program Management role, priorities will include: Drive strategy on a global scale, and be passionate about making a difference in our business Understand the business and processes within Enterprise Business and Enterprise Services worldwide and have an empathy for the unique challenges of the field Strong business acumen across a sales and/or services organization Ability to guide and facilitate leadership to effective decision making Experience in acting as a liaison between cross organization stakeholders and business leadership Lead the planning for CTO's visits
Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, strategy planning or similar experience 4+ years of professional operations program and/or project management experience Previous professional experience leading cross-functional programs or initiatives, including communication and/or presenting to executive sponsors Ideally the successful candidate will also possess the following skills/experiences: Bachelor's degree or MBA preferred Experience working in Enterprise Business or Enterprise Services is preferred Previous experience as a Business Manager or Chief of Staff or similar
