The Role We are looking for a Sr. Store Manager who can bring Amazon’s customer obsession to life in a retail environment and make Amazon stores a destination for discovering the best that Amazon.com has to offer, whether that be books, devices, services, or other highly rated products from Amazon.com. You will manage the end-to-end operations for one or more locations and lead a team of store leaders and retail associates to delight customers. You will play a vital role in maintaining a vibrant team
· High School diploma or equivalent military or professional experience · 6+ years of retail or customer-facing experience · 3+ years of management experience in building and developing retail teams of 10 or more · 2+ years of relevant merchandising experience, including owning and implementing all procedures related to the in-store display of products and services to drive the customer experience, generate product interest, and maximize sales · Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related area · 5+ years of people management experience · 7+ years of relevant work experience in retail
