Program Manager, Merchandising Communications Join the Amazon physical retail team. We are looking for entrepreneurial, analytical, creative, flexible leaders to help us make Amazon Books and Amazon 4-star stores a place that customers love to shop. We apply Amazon’s 20 years of e-commerce experience to build physical stores that integrate the benefits of offline and online shopping. We are hiring a Program Manager (non-technical) to lead merchandising communications. You will have the unique opportunity to influence the customer journey through ownership of the content and creation of new store launch guides, weekly merchandising guides and in store merchandising standards. You will partner closely with Marketing, Merchandising and Category teams to deliver high quality content for our associates to deliver the best environment for customers to discover, learn about, interact with our products. Key responsibilities include: -You will own and create all guides and standards for each store

- Bachelor’s degree - 3+ years of physical (brick and mortar) retail, product/brand/vendor management, or comparable experience - Strong ownership, bias for action, and discipline in establishing and improving processes - Strong project management skills. Solve problems creatively by using available metrics to identify issues and to make recommendations - Demonstrated ability to operate effectively and simultaneously in both tactical and strategic modes - Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth category environment with cross functional teams - Polished written
