We are looking for a seasoned, senior leader for this critical leadership role, reporting to the GM of the Modern Life, Gaming and Customer Service (MLGCS) Strategic Business Unit (SBU) within CSS. In your role as the MLGCS Business Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the MLGCS GM and extended leadership team, and serve as a proxy for the GM as needed. You will think holistically and strategically about key operational rhythms, business processes, organizational communication, and enabling effective business planning. 8+ years of direct experience with line of business processes, program management in a service environment, portfolio management Leadership qualities and ability to coordinate physical and virtual resources, verbal, written and presentation skills, good listener, ability to provide direction and clarity Strong knowledge of process management and change management techniques; structured approaches to problem solving, decision making, and business strategy Experience with prioritization frameworks, portfolio planning and release processes.
