Amazon Prime aims to become Earth’s largest and most loved membership program. Central to achieving this mission is to provide customers the best Onramp offers to join Prime. The Prime Member Growth Onramps team is seeking an inventive, analytical Senior Product Manager to manage two high growth programs - Prime Offers and Prime Incentives. This product leader will increase Prime membership by creating new programs, and optimizing and expanding an existing program, the Prime Free Trial. They will be empowered to create innovative machine learning-driven products with high impact growth to Prime membership. This role affords the opportunity to apply visionary product marketing and product management skills to create new, evergreen Prime membership Incentives programs internationally. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS · 7+ years technology/consumer product management experience, or another related field · Proven ability to communicate persuasively and to influence others · Significant experience using data to drive decision-making · Detail-oriented and organized · Demonstrated ability to work independently or at scale through influence and collaboration to drive projects to completion · Bachelor’s degreePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS · Deep experience with effective consumer acquisition programs · Experience using machine learning to optimize products and services · MBA or other relevant advanced
