AWS is hiring a Technical Program Manager for AWS Build/Software Assurance, these are teams comprise the internal build products for Amazon. If you're passionate about great developer experiences and want to dive deep into the developer workflow and software lifecycle, this is an excellent opportunity to do both. You will work directly with our customers to create solutions that are vital to their business. You can play an important role in helping Amazon's developers increase their productivity. The key responsibilities for this position are to: · Lead the definition and delivery of services and tools that help developers build Amazon's applications. · Measure and analyze opportunities to improve our developer offerings and innovate new ones. · Drive the coordination and clear communication of the product roadmap. · Work with engineering and design teams to define fast-paced, but realistic schedules. · Create and drive a community engagement plan.
· 5+ years experience leading cross-functional software projects. · 5+ years experience developing software and working with application lifecycle management tools. · 3+ years experience creating developer-focused products, such as IDEs, tools, build systems or artifact provenance systems.· Knowledge of multiple source control systems. · Knowledge of multiple build/dependency management systems like Gradle, Make, NPM, and Maven · Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile development environment. · Ability to keep multiple deliverables moving forward · Self-Driven · Excellent verbal and written
