We are building services that span across Amazon Retail, Ads and Digital organizations. This is a team with a fast paced, highly collaborative start up like environment inside Amazon. The right leader in this role will lead, dive deep, and deliver in two important but disparate areas to support engaging customer experiences and drive broad adoption across new video advertising products: 1) Video — player experience, content discovery, customer interactivity and performance 2) Metrics — capturing, validating and alarming on business critical metrics, data buses for all customer-facing metrics, optimizations tools and libraries to display the most relevant and engaging video content to among a corpus of video content, data science to understand the key attributes and build algorithms that improve performance across KPIs over time,
