· 3+ years of experience in a food manufacturing setting, with at least 1 years as a manager · Knowledge of various methods of food preparation, Multi-component food prep, working with frozen products, portioning and various packaging methods · Ability to use knowledge to decide who does what tasks to meet tactical workload targets. · Ability to audit and assess food quality, exact portioning weights, following packaging procedures · Knowledge and experience managing food safety regulations and training · Ability to obtain a valid Washington state food worker card · Bachelor's degree · Strong computer
