· Extensive experience in designing for web, native/hybrid desktop, native/hybrid mobile and technical consoles · Portfolio demonstrating visual and UX design experience of 6 years or more · Ability to create lightweight prototypes to test ideas · Fluency in best practices for web design, as well as knowledge of usability principles and techniques · Experience performing informal user research and understanding customers · Proficiency in Sketch and a integrated prototyping tool such as Flinto or similar · Experience producing production specs/assets and working directly with developers for implementation
