The BD Tooling organization works on all aspects requiring engineering products and capabilities to support engagement with these customer segments. Our products are built for scale to collect, aggregate and analyze feedback across hundreds of thousands of customers, allowing the sales teams and AWS product teams to make better and faster data driven decisions. · Bachelor’s degree or higher with a technical discipline · 10+ years of professional experience with 5+ years of consumer or business facing software product management experience · 2+ years’ experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines · 5+ years of management experience. · Experience coordinating complex product development cycles and software development schedules · Broad technical breadth and depth including familiarity with object oriented design, web services and back-end application infrastructure · Strong analytical and quantitative skills
