Driving amazing visual design for Xbox Game Pass Shipping beautiful products that work well for our customers on time and at high quality Producing mood boards, storyboards, concept art, illustration, visual UI comps, presentations, 3D art and other artifacts Striving for visual quality in all aspects of the design teams work, including user experience, user interface, prototyping, product planning and design strategy Using your visual storytelling techniques to help communicate complex ideas and move the product design process forward Advocating for the Microsoft Fluent Design Language and actively
At least 2 years of product design experience in a visual or graphic design capacity Ability to quickly produce moving and elegant visual treatments Strong visual sensibilities and process; ability to use traditional drawing skills alongside digital 2D and 3D image making techniques Deep understanding of fundamental graphic design disciplines (typography, iconography, composition, color, layout, etc.) Meticulous sense of detail and ability to seek out simple solutions to complex challenges Experience in responding to creative direction and delivering quality production assets to engineering counterparts
