We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join as a Sr. Program Manager for our Amazon Last Mile team. The Senior Program Manager will work diligently to develop a deep understanding of the driver experience and strive relentlessly to improve the experience and overall driver engagement. You will develop mechanisms to capture the drivers’ voice and perspective, measure the driver engagement and satisfaction across all facets of their role, identify core
· Bachelor’s degree · Proficiency in SQL and Excel - Good written and verbal communication skills are a requirement. · Experience prioritizing projects and leading initiatives from conception to launch in a rapidly evolving environment · MBA or Masters degree · Proficiency in Statistics/Data Science · Passion for building positive, engaged work environments · Successful record of creating, improving and executing programs at scale, ability to drive and measure program effectiveness and high levels of customer satisfaction · Ability to convey ideas and recommendations in a clear, compelling and
