· Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline required or 4+ years equivalent work experience · 5+ years of relevant engineering experience · 3+ years leading design and delivery of large /enterprise scale software systems across multiple teams/ organizations/ locations. · Ability to deal with ambiguity and influence at various levels without direct authority. · Excellent written and communication skills. · Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast paced environment and a track record of managing/ tracking deliverables across teams/organizations.
