Amazon’s Linehaul Strategic Initiatives team is seeking a highly skilled and effective leader to drive large scale product, program, and technical initiatives. This is an opportunity to join a strategic team in a significant growth area for Amazon. An ideal candidate has extensive background in product, program, and technical leadership for large scale strategic and transformative initiatives. S/he has a track record of being a self-starter and delivering significant results in an ambiguous environment. S/he has the ability to lead and influence cross functional teams, create the product/program vision, drive data driven insights, build product requirements, manage complex multi tech/ops/business projects, and lead the execution of scalable products/programs leveraging technology. This job will require exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with Business, Operations, and Tech stakeholders. It will also require the ability to work independently in a high pressure environment
· Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or similar field · 8+ years relevant work experience · Solid data/analytical skills · Experience defining and driving large scale product, program, and technical initiatives· Completed Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Operations Research, MBA or similar field · Project/product management experience that shows how to organize, find solutions and follow through to a successful conclusion · Consulting experience in ERP implementations · Six Sigma / Lean Manufacturing Experience
