The Amazon ReCommerce team is looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented, and experienced Product Manager to be part of a global retail category that is defining business and product innovation within the re-use, pre-owned and liquidation space for Amazon. We are working hard to assure as much returned or overstock product as possible finds a new home and as little as possible makes it into landfills. The Sr. Product Manager will work closely with internal business, operations, customer service and tech teams to build world-class used-purchase experiences. You will help to identify and define features and process improvements, drive projects end-to-end, collaborate with technical and operations teams to implement solutions, and deeply analyze the results to drive improvements across multiple platforms and teams. You'll shape our strategy in a rapidly evolving environment with stakeholders across the company, across retail, technology, and operations, you'll have frequent opportunities
· 6+ years of experience delivering solutions · Bachelor’s degree · Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results on technical projects · Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sophisticated projects and competing priorities · Strong written communication skills; this role will require the creation of content such as whitepapers and other written deliverables · Proven ability to create innovative solutions to solve real customer problems. · Proven ability to think strategically and execute tactically. · Proven ability to drive and manage multiple, competing priorities and projects
