We are looking for a dynamic, resourceful, and organized Senior Product Manager that can develop the right team to drive innovation and execute new strategies across the key technology pieces that support the most critical components of this rapidly scaling operation. The Sr. Product Manager in this role will be responsible for the toolset that operators use to detect and resolve delivery anomalies through the operations lifecycle. You will connect new ideas to the organization and expand the product portfolio by creating business cases, performing research and analysis, writing requirements, and managing the process all the way to product release. You must be a customer focused individual that is able to work
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Engineering or Technology · 5-8 years of Product management experience in technology or SaaS companies · Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, support scope of requirements and prioritize · Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical thinking skills are critical to success in this position · Proven track record of delivering projects within scope, time, budget and quality · An entrepreneurial mindset, with the tenacity to develop ideas
