We are looking to add an experienced Principal Product Manager to our team as we create a worldwide platform for finding, buying and fulfilling services on Amazon. Currently customers can purchase services alongside products on Amazon, such as having a TV bought on Amazon mounted or a bed assembled. We have a major new initiative that requires a senior product leader with a mixed technology and product background. This leader will need to provide thought leadership in how to solve an ambiguous problem, work cross functionally to influence lots of different teams, interface with senior leadership, easily engage in both business focused and technically focused conversations. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for independent, creative problem-solving, show strong ownership/commitment, and have experience incubating and maturing a business in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
· Bachelor's degree in Math, Finance, Statistics, Engineering or related technical discipline · 7+ years experience in product management, technical program management, and/or engineering. · Proven written and verbal communication skills · Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities· MBA or Masters in Engineering · Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and generate innovative solutions in an extremely fast-paced environment · Demonstrated ability to frame complex analytical problems, pull data, and extract insights
