Amazon’s US Books team is seeking a talented, driven, and entrepreneurial Senior Manager, Product Management to lead the growth and expansion of a new subscription program, Prime Book Box. As Program Leader, you will lead a team of product managers to operate and grow the business, while working with tech teams to build and shape the direction of future innovation. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, the ability to think big while staying connected to the details, customer obsession, and strong business judgment. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing leadership in a fast-paced environment, managing and developing talent, and partnering with technology teams and senior leadership to ensure the success of the program.
