Position Summary The IMDb Freedive team is shaping the future of digital video entertainment. Our mission is to build earth’s most customer centric ad supported premium free video service and make it trivially easy for hundreds of millions of customers to enjoy. We have learned that customer’s love IMDb Freedive so we are looking for a Senior Manager of Marketing who can build on our early success, pioneer new programs for customers, and help define our future. We are looking for a strategic, creative, and analytical Sr. Manager of Marketing who can drive marketing programs for IMDb Freedive in order to increase awareness, generate new customers, and retain existing customers for Amazon’s newest video business. He/She will work in a highly collaborative environment, defining and then leading multiple parts of the online marketing journey into IMDb Freedive from key internal channels including Amazon O and O, Fire TV, and IMDb. The leader will eventually work with external SmartTV and SMP
· 7+ years of marketing experience · Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams · Experience managing marketing teams · Bachelor’s degree · 7+ years’ experience in online and/or consumer marketing, preferably with online retail experience · 3+ years managing teams · Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to influence others · Strong analytic and quantitative skills - ability to use data to develop and measure marketing programs. · Ability to hire, develop and manage a world class team · Experience analyzing marketing campaigns and traffic
