Amazon Go is looking for an exceptionally motivated and talented leader to lead a multifunctional team for category managers and program managers. This person will be responsible for a specific category within Perishables. He/she will be responsible for building a world-class customer experience and supporting exceptional growth in tight timeframes. He/She will lead the vision all the aspects within category management: selection, vendor negotiations and pricing. He/She will be responsible for building strategic relationships with key partners identifying and championing new opportunities to grow the business and delight customers. From a program management standpoint, this person will lead overall Go strategy
· Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field · 10+ years of relevant work experience · 3+ years of People Management experience · Experience with Excel and Access, or similar database · Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results · Ability to manage multiple competing priorities · Proven analytical skills and highly comfortable with number · Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including strong writing and speaking skills · Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - work prioritization, planning and task delegation· Masters in Business Administration
